Just a quick remnder that the British Karate Kyokushinkai’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 21st April at Cardiff Medical Centre Sports and Social Club, University Hospital of Wales, Heath Park, Cardiff, CF14 4XW.

The AGM will begin at 1pm and should finish at approximately 3pm

The England v Wales Tournament should begin at 6pm and will be followed by a disco. Spectator Tickets are: £10 Adult £5 Child and £25 family ticket.

36th BKK British Open Knockdown Championships!

The 36th BKK British Open Knockdown Championship will take place on Saturday 13th October 2012. This is a fantastic competition and well worth watching whatever your grade!! This will usually take place in the K2 in Crawley. I will let you know the full details when I receive them. Osu!

Hanshi’s Junior and Cadet Course – Sunday 29th April 2012

Hanshi’s Junior and Cadet Course is being held on Sunday 29th April, from 10:30 until 15:30. This is a rare opportunity for our younger students to train under the World Renowned Chief Instructor and President of the BKK Hanshi Steve Arneil (10th Dan). Everyone should try to atted!! Osu!

The next Grading is being held on Sunday 25th March in Barry. 12pm start for White and Red belts, and 2:30pm start for Blue Belts and above. We will be deciding who be attempting it on Wednesday, so ensure you attend!! Osu!

Senior Sessions

From January 24th 2011, we will be holding senior only sessions. The first session will be held in Brycethin Memorial Hall at 7pm. From Monday 31st January, they will be held in Nolton Church Hall from 6:30pm. These sessions will cost £2.50 per student, and are open to beginners, aswell as our regular students! Osu!
