Karate Wales is organising an interclub competition between Bridgend (us) and Abercynon. This is entirely for fun, and so that our students can experience fighting in a competition setting. There’s a welsh squad training session being held on Sunday 23rd May 2010 at Michael Sobel Sports Centre, Aberdare. It begins at 11am and is open to all Welsh junior and cadet students. Osu! Sempai Rich.

Just a reminder that Hanshi’s course is taking place tomorrow (Sunday 9th May) in Milton Keynes. We are meetingat 7:15am in McDonalds Pencoed. Also, training will be cancelled on the same day due to this course. Osu! Sempai Rich.
