As of January 2011, we will be starting a senior only session once a week. All I need is feedback on what nights are free for people so I can arrange it! This will extremely beneficial to both our senior students and the club!! Osu! Sempai Rich.

Below is a video that contains all the stances that you will learn with Karate Wales (Bridgend Kyokushinkai). A few do not apply, but this is still worth a look. Osu!

Mountain Ash Karate Kai – which is part of Karate Wales – is holding an Anniversary Party to celebrate 25 years of Shian Alan instructing at Abercynon. This is to be held on Sunday 2nd May 2010 at Abercwmboi Rugby Club. It will begin at 7pm and will incorporate a hog roast, buffet and disco. Tickets are available from Sempai Richard McAndrew. Osu!

We have had an idea to organise a bag pack in Sainsburys in order to raise funds. I wold like to know who could attend, including parents, so that I can arrange it. Also, if anybody else has ideas of how to raise funds to subsidise competitions and trips, then please let me know. Osu! Sempai Rich

As you are all aware the Annual AGM meeting and England Vs Wales Competition take place on Saturday April 24th 2010 at County Hall, Cwmbran. This is an ideal opportunity for all students to see Wales’ best fighter in action. Fighting will commence at 6pm, which will be followed by a disco.
