Started training at the Bridgend Kyokushinkai Karate Club in 1975, and passed my 1st dan grade in 1992. I then took over the running of the club in 1994 as the Chief Instructor.

Mae-Geri & Ushiro-Mawashi-Geri.

Likes

Being able to pass my knowledge onto my students and seeing them pass their gradings.

Bad losers in competitions.
